The villa has its own private pool with a separate Spa. The pool is
surrounded by a large patio deck, which includes a covered lanai with shade
for those who want to escape the sun. Ceiling fans and lights are provided
under the lanai.

The surrounding deck is furnished with sun loungers and dining furniture for
'al fresco' meals. the pool deck is fully enclosed and the pool is serviced
weekly by a fully licensed contractor.
The WC and shower in the junior suite is easily accessed from the pool area.
The pool is surrounded by a child safety fence (removable) - to ensure small children
are safe at all times.

Both the pool and spa may be heated by prior arrangement with the management
company. There is an additional charge per day for this.
