The Villa |

Furnished to a high standard throughout our Executive villa has four
bedrooms including two mastersuites (one junior) and two twin rooms , plus a
sleeper sofa - providing accommodation for up to a maximum of ten people in
comfort. Three bathrooms including two ensuites and one Jack and Jill bathroom are provided. |

Formal Lounge and Dining
area.
From the villa's shaded front porch , you enter the lounge with the dining
area to your right. This area is decorated with a comfortable but
understated elegance. A full size dining table complete with six dining
chairs provide a late evening dining experience away from the children! |

| The lounge area is for relaxation. With an excellent view of the pool
through the floor-to-ceiling patio doors (the pool can be accessed from
here). there is a comfortable armchair and sofa (which converts to a bed
large enough for two people) |

Telephone access - all local calls are free. For other calls a phone card
can be purchased locally. These represent very good value for money. |

Kitchen
and breakfast nook.
A large modern fully fitted kitchen complete with all necessities including
Microwave, Large range style cooker, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
waste disposal unit, pantry, coffee maker, toaster etc etc. |
Situated next to the kitchen is the breakfast nook. The nook has a feature
window overlooking the pool and has dining space for four people. |

Family
Room.
Next to the kitchen
this room overlooks the pool area with patio doors providing access to the
pool deck. Twin sofas and an armchair, coffee tables and lamps make this a
very welcoming room. Home entertainment is provided via a remote controlled
TV with cable channels, DVD player, Play Station 2 and CD player with
cassette and radio. A small number of DVD's and games are supplied. |

Master
Bedroom.
The main bedroom has an American King size bed, a dresser with mirror and
two bedside cabinets with bedside lamps. There is also a remote control TV.
The patio door provides another point of access to the pool deck. |

| The ensuite has an oval bath, extra large walk in shower, separate
wc, his and her sinks with storage underneath and a walk in closet for clothes
storage. |

All bed linen is provided - the linen will be changed and the villa
thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. If you wish to have your villa
cleaned/linen changed during your stay please contact the management
